This Privacy Policy explains what information ETH SIGNAL collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ETH SIGNAL you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide directly (such as your email when you sign up or contact us), information generated when you use the service (such as alert preferences and signal interactions), and limited technical data (such as device and request metadata).

When you create an account we store your email address, display name, avatar (if provided through Google sign-in), and authentication identifiers required to keep your session secure.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment details on its own infrastructure and we receive only the data we need to manage subscriptions, such as plan, status, billing period, and a customer reference.

When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, topic, message, and limited technical metadata (such as a hashed IP and user agent) so we can respond and help prevent abuse. Messages are visible only to authorised administrators.

If you opt in to signal alerts or notifications, we store your preferences (such as which alerts you receive and at what cadence) so we can deliver them. You can update or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or from your account settings.

When you click an affiliate link on ETH SIGNAL we may record a click-through event (with limited metadata such as timestamp and destination) so we can measure how affiliate partnerships are performing. This tracking does not include your trading activity on third-party platforms.

We may display advertising on parts of the site. Where third-party ad providers are used, those providers may set their own cookies and process limited data according to their privacy policies.

Transactional emails are delivered through our email infrastructure provider. They process recipient address, subject, and email content only as needed to deliver messages and handle bounces or complaints.

We retain account, subscription, and contact data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on user data) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect account compromise.

ETH SIGNAL is operated online and may be accessed worldwide. By using the service you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions other than your own.

ETH SIGNAL is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
